Since 1994, the Murthy Law Firm (then the Law Office of Sheela Murthy) has striven to provide the immigrant and business communities with reliable information, written in language intended for those who are NOT lawyers or lawmakers. Our articles clarify all aspects of U.S. immigration law, helping foreign nationals to navigate the system, and helping employers of foreign workers to meet their legal obligations.
It has always been our goal to serve our clients and our readers. Recognition for our work by those who are outside the field of immigration law is a distinct honor. Like the Oscars for film, or the Grammys for music, the Webbys spotlight the best on the World Wide Web. Out of the thousands of entries submitted to the 17th Annual Webby Awards, few are named honorees. As the Webbys say, “The internet is huge. Winning is HUGE!”
