H1B Cap Cases Being Processed till March 15, 2000

Members of the Law Office of Sheela Murthy, P.C. recently attended the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) annual conference in Chicago, IL where they met with leading officials of the INS, Dept. of labor, U.S. Department of State and the Chief Judge of Board of Immigration Appeals.

During a session with the leading Officials of the INS Nebraska Service Center (NSC), Terry E. Way, Acting Director of the NSC reported that the INS has moved all H1B processing of cap cases in the 2000 fiscal year from March 10 to March 15, 2000.
