Procedure for Filing H1B Cap Subject Cases for 2008

The Murthy Law Firm, will begin accepting cap-subject H1B cases for Fiscal Year 2008 as of January 2, 2007. These cases, with an employment start date on or after Oct 1, 2007, can be filed with the USCIS from April 1, 2007.
