Form AR-11 : Change-of-Address Form Revised

The INS revised the AR-11, change-of-address form. The new Form, bearing a revision date of November 7, 2002, is available on the INS WebSite. For those who may have recently filed the Form, the INS WebSite notes that certain previous versions continue to be acceptable.

The address for filing the Form has also changed. The new address, also listed on the INS WebSite, is Immigration and Naturalization Service, Change of Address, P.O. Box 7134, London, KY  40742-7134. Commercial overnight mailings (which cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes) may be directed to: Immigration and Naturalization Service, Change of Address, 1084-I South Laurel Road, London, KY  40744.
