The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has issued the February 2006 Visa Bulletin. Those employment-based (EB) categories and countries of chargeability that were "current" in January remain "current" in February. The EB categories and countries of chargeability that had cut off dates in January all have forward movement in February. Even with the forward movement, all of EB3 (except Schedule A) remains significantly backlogged. The same is true of EB2 for India and China.
