J-1 Physician Waiver Extension Signed into Law Posted Dec 10, 2004 ©MurthyDotCom President Bush signed Senate Bill 2302, entitled, "A Bill to Improve Access to Physicians in Medically Underserved Areas," into law on December 3, 2004. This law, which is Public Law 108-441, extends and improves the Conrad 30 waiver program.
