Congresswoman Lofgren Demands Documents from USCIS Posted Jul 12, 2007 ©MurthyDotCom Congresswoman Zoë Lofgren (D-Ca), Chair of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration, Citizenship, Refugees, Border Security and International Law, has issued a demand for documents to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as a follow-up to a letter she sent on July 2, 2007. She made this demand because the DHS had not responded to her July 2nd letter. Congresswoman Lofgren's July 9th document demand provides only three days for the DHS to comply with her detailed request.
