MurthyDotCom and MurthyBulletin readers were informed about initial PERM labor certification approvals received at our office in our September 2, 2005 article, PERM Approvals More Common, available at MurthyDotCom. Although we have not reported on our firm's PERM cases since that time, we continue to receive approvals on an almost daily basis. Within the Murthy Law Firm we have a department devoted to filing PERM cases to help our clients obtain Labor Certification approvals. Well known prior to PERM for our cutting-edge knowledge and skill with labor certification approvals, we are equally successful in obtaining approvals for PERM cases for our clients.

While some attorneys are still new to the PERM process, we file a number of PERM cases each day. Several hundred PERM cases are at various stages within our firm. We are optimistic about every case we accept and we fight for success on behalf of every client. Our positive results have not been limited to particular case types or situations or occupations. We at the Murthy Law Firm work on PERM cases for a wide range of occupations and professions for clients located all across the United States. Examples of some of the types of positions for which we have filed PERM cases and recently received approvals are: doctors, including hospitalists and other specialists; teachers, including elementary, high school, and Montessori school teachers; engineers, including mechanical, civil, electrical, sales, and software engineers; computer professionals, including CIS managers, and programmer analysts; accountants; statisticians; mathematicians; college professors; botanists; and cosmetologists. Our firm is able to help people, not only in these positions, but in any other position for which there is no qualified, able, and willing U.S. worker available.

Our attorneys routinely speak at national and international conferences around the world on topics of U.S. immigration law, including PERM. As recently as last month (Nov 2005) Attorney Murthy was in Salzburg, Austria speaking at an international immigration law conference. We are pleased for such opportunities to educate law makers, lawyers, and others around the world on current matters of U.S. immigration law. While PERM cases present many challenges to be overcome, there is at this time no other option for one who is seeking to file labor certification. Thus, PERM is a top priority at the Murthy Law Firm. Those interested in filing labor certifications under PERM need not fear this process if guided by dedicated, skilled, and experienced attorneys.
