NewsFlash! Latest Cap Update : Dec 09, 2005 Posted Dec 16, 2005 The USCIS issued an new update on the Advanced Degree cap count after the MurthyBulletin publication deadline. This update provides the count as of December 9, 2005. As of that date, a total of 17,436 cases had been approved or were pending against the Advanced Degree Cap. This means that 2,564 Advanced Degree numbers remain available for Fiscal Year (FY) 2006. This reflects usage of 369 numbers since the last count on December 5, 2005.
