I just learned that my previous employer is being investigated for taking kickbacks related to the company’s immigration filings. I have an approved I-140 from that company, but I was not involved in any type of kickback scheme. Will this impact my ability to use the priority date from that I-140 for the EB2 case being filed by my new employer?
