(Eastern Time) or send an eMail to law@murthy.com, stating your desire to be represented and including a brief overview of your current status or situation. An attorney will review your request and follow up with you.

You may also contact us for a one-time consultation with no further obligation. If you choose to engage our services for the matter discussed in your consultation within 30 days, the full amount of your consultation fee will be credited to the final installment applied to payment for your case.

The Murthy Law Firm can conveniently and efficiently represent clients located anywhere in the United States or abroad on U.S. immigration matters. This is possible because immigration law is purely federal in nature and because of the technology and other resources we employ.

Procedure

Once it has been determined that our office will represent you, you will receive a Legal Representation Agreement (LRA) from our Client Services Department. The LRA is specific to the procedure involved and differs according to whether the client is a company or an individual.

The LRA contains all the details of the process and a breakdown of the various fees involved, including USCIS fees. After the LRA and the required initial payments are returned to our office, you will be given a client ID or case number and your file will be activated and given to a legal department with a specific attorney / paralegal team designated to your case.

The paralegal will update you on the progress of your case. If you have legal questions or need advice about how to proceed or about other factors that may change or complicate your process, the attorney handling your case will consult with you. By law, paralegals are not permitted to give legal advice. Any question of a legal nature must be directed to an attorney.
