In the areas of corporate and general immigration law, Anna handles a variety of cases, including motions and appeals, and visas for individuals with extraordinary ability in the national interest.

As managing attorney, Aron is responsible for the overall functioning of our firm. He consults primarily in the area of employment-based immigration law, guiding companies & individuals.

Jessica started as a law clerk at our firm. Now, as an attorney, she works on PERM labor certifications, I-140s, I-485s, and family-based cases.

With prior experience as in-house immigration counsel for an IT firm, Anu works closely with company clients in the nonimmigrant area. She has particular strengths in H1B, L, and TN visas.

With his many years of experience, Chris represents clients in family and employment-based visa petitions, complex citizenship applications, and Immigration Court proceedings.

Comprised of both individual and corporate immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, James’s practice focuses on permanent residence and naturalization.

With experience that covers a breadth of complex immigration law matters, Kanya represents companies, families and individuals, to bring them closer to realizing their American dreams.

As an attorney with experience in an array of areas including employment- and family-based petitions, Joel is well suited to set clients’ minds at ease, helping them to navigate the process.

Having contributed on a number of complex and unusual cases, Kevin has worked on labor certifications, immigrant & nonimmigrant petitions, compliance, and mandamus cases.

T.J. represents companies and individuals before the USCIS, DOL, and DOS on employment-based nonimmigrant applications and petitions.

In addition to working on a variety of cases for individuals and companies, Laurie analyzes criminal records for impact on cases, waivers of inadmissibility, nunc pro tunc petitions and more.

Representing clients in a range of cases, including PERM labor certifications, immigrant petitions, applications to adjust status, and naturalization, Jeffrey joined the Murthy Law Firm in 2022.

Focusing on nonimmigrant cases at the Murthy Law Firm since 2022, Maggie joined the firm with experience in business immigration as a paralegal and two years as a law clerk during law school.
