Adam helps clients with immigrant & nonimmigrant cases before the USCIS, DOL, DOS, and in federal court. His practice includes complex I-140 education equivalency and ability-to-pay issues.

Representing companies and individuals before the USCIS, DOL, and the DOS on employment-based nonimmigrant applications and petitions, Alissa has particular strengths in the IT sector.

Asst. Managing Attorney / Member

In the areas of corporate and general immigration law, Anna handles a variety of cases, including motions & appeals, visas for individuals with extraordinary ability in the national interest.
