Extraordinary Ability

The category for persons of extraordinary ability is intended for a small percentage of individuals who have risen to the very top of their respective fields of endeavor. An offer of employment is not required in these cases.

Requirements

• Applicant should demonstrate extraordinary ability in the field of sciences, arts, business or athletics and that their entry would substantially benefit the U.S. prospectively.
• Applicant should demonstrate sustained national or international claim and that the achievements have been recognized in his/her field of expertise through extensive documentation.
• Applicant should continue to work in the same filed of extraordinary ability.
