In accordance with our cancellation policy, the charge amount may be credited in full only if you cancel your appointment a minimum of one (1) business day in advance of your scheduled consultation time. Please note that a $100 administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount credited for the cancelled consultation appointment should the appointment not be cancelled a minimum of one (1) business day in advance.

Should an appointment need to be rescheduled and less than one (1) business day's notice is given, no charge will be applied. If the appointment is rescheduled on two or more occasions, a $100 administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount credited for the rescheduled consultation. 

Please note that your consultation does not establish an attorney / client relationship. Therefore, you do not become a ‘client’ of the Murthy Law Firm merely by having a consultation. However, should you employ the services of the Murthy Law Firm within thirty (30) days of your appointment, the fee for one consultation will be credited toward the final payment of legal fees to be paid for most services provided, so long as the legal fees for your case amount to $1,500 or more. This policy does not extend to the $50 surcharge for emergency appointments.
