Realizing that off-the-shelf immigration software was not sufficient for our purposes, we built our own software to serve our specific needs. Immigration Matters!TM is our proprietary, custom software, built from the ground up, enabling us to work with our clients and on their cases the best manner possible - rather than one dictated by commercially marketed software.
Ours is a state-of-the-art case / data management system that expedites case processing, improves efficiency, and keeps everyone concerned connected and updated. Backed by years of experience exclusively in the field of U.S. immigration law, our clients benefit from the attention given to the details, leading to greater efficiency in processing their cases.
Each Murthy Law Firm client has access to a secure login to view the status of his/her case and to communicate with the attorneys and paralegals doing the work. Clients get the information they need quickly and efficiently and, since it is web based, it can be accessed from anywhere internet access is available.
The internal network at the Murthy Law Firm consists of robust multiprocessor servers with RAID disk sub-systems. Our workstations are updated regularly to facilitate workflow and client communication. Data backup is performed nightly, and critical data is mirrored to backup server systems, ensuring rapid recovery in the event of a data event. Anti-virus software is constantly updated with new virus signature files to protect the servers and workstations.
An intranet has been created for the purpose of sharing information within our firm. This guides Murthy Law Firm staff to follow the exact, prescribed procedures and enables changes to be shared in real time. Document control is one of the features of the intranet, for consistency and the immediate availability of updated forms and templates.
Our firm uses state-of-the-art equipment - whether it is our phone system, digital copiers, network printers, fax machines, scanners, or online shipping / mail-tracking systems. We do not cut corners because our clients deserve the best.
