Dual Solo Representation

Generally, the Murthy Law Firm is retained to represent both the petitioner and the beneficiary in obtaining permanent residency and/or nonimmigrant status. Under our dual representation, the petitioner understands that we will communicate directly with its employees and relay case specific details and any other relevant information that we obtain to both parties.

We understand that a dual representation does not always meet the needs of all of our clients, especially those outside of the United States. As such, our firm is willing to operate under a solo representation.

Please carefully review our dual and solo representation options below. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact our Corporate Service Manager directly at 410.356.5440 x 270.
