The Daily Record, one of the leading business / legal newspapers in Maryland recognizes the top 100 women leaders for their work but more importantly for their community service, charitable work and philanthropy. I was fortunate to be recognized but more important is the fact that The Daily Record encourages participation by leaders in working together to improve the lives of those less privileged than us by having such awards and recognition. Their annual awards reception is on Monday, May 7, 2007 at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall to celebrate and to push us all to continue working towards making our communities stronger and better.
