President’s Advisory Council at Villa Julie College

I attended the meeting of the President’s Advisory Council at Villa Julie College on Wednesday, April 11, 2007. We discussed long term strategic and planning issues to help advise the President of the College. Several members of the President’s Advisory Board were present. This group consists of leaders in the field of business, law, medicine and other professionals in the Baltimore-Washington area. This is a two year assignment to help work with the President of the College. Topics discussed are considered confidential but deal with helping the College to grow in stature academically and in the community as a leading college.

Villa Julie College is a coeducational independent college with two campuses located just outside of Baltimore in Stevenson and Owings Mills, Maryland. Approximately 3,000 students attend VJC, which offers traditional bachelor’s, accelerated bachelor’s, and master’s degrees in a distinctive career-focused environment.
