Streamlining Personnel at the Murthy Law Firm

On Sunday, May 6, 2007, some of us were involved in recruiting for some senior administration positions at the Murthy Law Firm. We are looking to create new positions for Director of Operations, sometimes referred to as the Law Firm Administrator and a separate position for a Director of Human Resources. An overwhelming majority of immigration law firms do not have senior administrative staff in these types of positions for budgetary and other reasons. We believe that our attorneys, paralegals and other legal staff should focus 100% of our time and attention exclusively in dealing with our clients’ immigration law goals. We decided to create more positions internally so that we can focus our energy in our core competency of providing outstanding immigration law services to benefit our clients. Our senior administrative staff will work closely with our Client Services representative to provide unparalleled services to our clients.
