MurthyBlog : EB Dates are Current & MLF Gears Up!

As MurthyDotCom and MurthyBulletin readers were informed this week, the U.S. Department of State surprised everyone by making almost all employment-based (EB) categories current in its Visa Bulletin for July 2007. This is good news for many who have waited a long time to file their I-485 Adjustment of Status and consular processing cases!

All available resources at the Murthy Law Firm are being directed toward the effort of helping our clients who will be eligible to file in July. Individuals from all departments in our firm are coming forward to lend their support in every way possible. Because we are set up to make the best use of technology, handling unpredictable spikes in our workload that is caused by outside influences such as this can be taken in stride. To that end, we have already established a resource page for our clients to receive the latest information and instructions on how to move their cases forward.

Congratulations to those of you who have waited a long time for some good news on your pending case!
