USCIS Blog Now On Line

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced last week the addition of a new blog to provide immigration-related information and to serve as a forum for public dialogue. The official agency blog is called The Beacon, which can be accessed through the USCIS. Readers will be allowed to post comments, which will be reviewed by agency editors before posting. USCIS says that “readers are encouraged to submit comments, ideas, concerns and constructive criticism.” We at the MurthyBlog welcome The Beacon to the blogosphere, and hope it will provide a venue for lively and informative discussions – and hopefully some insight into the inner workings of the agency. Immigrants have been making use of the MurthyForum for the better part of a decade to share their experiences and learn from one another – and from the attorneys at the Murthy Law Firm. There is always room for more sources of good, reliable information!
