BBJ: Murthy Law Firm Among Top 50 Minority-Owned Firms

The Murthy Law Firm has done it again, earning pride of place on a highly prestigious listing of the Baltimore area’s top 50 minority-owned firms. This month, the Baltimore Business Journal (BBJ) published its 2013 Diversity in Business supplement (10.May.2013), which ranks the largest minority-owned local businesses, based on each one’s total number of people employed. With 88 employees, the Murthy Law Firm ranked 15th – and in a separate ranking based on the number of local employees, the firm climbed to number 11!

The Murthy Law Firm is honored to be in outstanding company: a Who’s Who of the region’s leading minority businesses. The owners of these firms mirror the rich diversity of Maryland’s workforce, just as their businesses reflect the diversity of the state’s economic base, representing industries ranging from architecture, engineering, public relations, and IT to real estate, groceries, office supplies, and catering. Once again, the Murthy Law Firm is the only legal services provider to make the list!

We have said it before, but we can’t repeat this too often: we know diversity matters!
