Update on USIBC Teleconference: Murthy Clients & Potential Clients May Register!

We announced last week, the Murthy Law Firm is teaming up with the U.S.-India Business Council (USIBC), and the Indian law firm of J. Sagar Associates to present a one-hour teleconference, designed to familiarize employers with compliance issues that may arise when recruiting and employing foreign nationals – a practice that’s increasingly common in cutting-edge industries, where leading companies often hire from the global talent pool.

The teleconference, Immigration Compliance: What Your Company Needs to Know, will be held Tuesday, May 6, 2014, from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time (U.S.), 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time.

Murthy, founder and president of the Murthy Law Firm, will discuss the complex regulatory environment facing companies that want to hire the world’s best and brightest, regardless of their nationality. Together with her firm’s managing attorney, Aron Finkelstein, Murthy will address key strategic and tactical moves that can protect businesses from compliance issues.
