Beware of Immigration Processing Scam in India

It has been reported to the Murthy Law Firm on more than one occasion of late that there is an employment recruiting company / law firm in Hyderabad, AP, India that is falsely claiming an affiliation with the Murthy Law Firm. They are claiming to use our firm for all of their immigration legal work. We have no such relationship with any company in India, other than with Murthy Immigration Services, Pvt. Ltd. (MISPL), which is headquartered in Chennai, with satellite offices in Hyderabad and Mumbai. Unless or until an individual has signed a legal representation agreement with the Murthy Law Firm or with MISPL, s/he is not represented by either entity. Anyone who is approached by someone with these promises is asked to eMail info@murthyindia.com and law@murthy.com without delay.

We have had experiences in the past with companies falsely trying to be affiliated with the Murthy Law Firm, hoping to defraud others by aligning themselves with our strong reputation and brand. We take such violations seriously, and will be pursuing this to the fullest extent of the law.
