My PERM was applied for via U.S. Post. It was denied due to clerical error by the attorney. Is it possible to withdraw this application and apply anew online?

Answer:

If a case has been denied, and has been appealed, then it is considered to still be in process with DOL and would need to be withdrawn prior to filing a new PERM case with the same employer. If the PERM case has been denied and has not been appealed then there is nothing to withdraw and the case can be filed online once the employer registers an online PERM account. (13.Jan.2014)
