Do we need to amend both H-1 and LCA if we change projects with the same employer before H1B start date (i.e. October 1) mentioned on approved petition?

Answer

The USCIS expects an employer to obtain a new LCA and amend the H1B petition anytime a consulting-type employee is relocated to a new project. (12.May.2014)
