I’m on L1B and got I-140 approved under EB2. Can my L1B be extended under AC21?

The AC21 provisions for extensions are only for H1Bs. There is nothing like that for L1A/B – those categories are limited to the allowed 7- or 5-year periods. (09.Jun.2014)
