How long does it take to get the GC once the I-485 has been filed in the EB1 category? I have been waiting for 3 yrs. What is the follow up process?

The EB1 category has historically always been current. Thus, the processing time should just be standard I-485 processing time – maybe 6 months or so. It shouldn’t take anything close to 3 years, unless there is some problem. The lawyer should follow up with the USCIS – there are a variety of options. (06.Oct.2014)
