If a person has received multiple H1B approvals, is s/he required to have all the original approval notices next time s/he files for an extension / transfer?

Answer

It would not be necessary to have all the approval notices in the original or otherwise. It is best to have copies of all the approvals for the H1Bs that one has used. If there are other approvals from companies where the individual didn’t work, those wouldn’t be needed. (03.Nov.2014)
