Hi. Can I extend my H1B for the 8th year if my 2nd PERM has been pending for 1 year after the denial of the 1st PERM? Thanks a lot!

Maybe. There are some technicalities in this situation since the second PERM was filed after expiration of the six years of H1B. So, there is language in a memo that goes against this request. But, the AC21 law is broader and many such requests have been approved in the past. (10.Nov.2014)
