Is it true that I-140 in premium processing will increase one’s chances of an RFE?

It is hard to say with I-140s. However, we routinely use premium processing for cases at the Murthy Law Firm, as it can be quite helpful. It also allows far better access to the USCIS in case of a problem. So, we don’t think anyone should be afraid of premium. (10.Nov.2014)
