What is the impact of new executive action on pending EB3 green card applications?

There is a great deal that is yet to be seen with the executive actions. It is important to understand that, while the President created a new program (for undocumented foreign nationals) by executive ORDER, he also issued a large number of executive ACTIONS, giving direction to the agencies involved in immigration to make changes. Some of those potential changes MAY allow people to file their I-485s much earlier. That would help EB3s, if such a rule is put in place. (24.Nov.2014)
