My PERM was filed my than a year ago, and my employer was told by the DOL that the case is still in progress. What can be done?

There is no way to expedite or premium process PERM cases. A year is a long time unless there has been an audit – the PERM processing time information on the DOL iCert website is usually pretty accurate. The lawyer should just make sure that it really IS still pending and someone should clarify for you if and when there was an audit. (19.Jan.2015)
