We received an H1B denial notice saying that we failed to respond to an RFE in the given timeline. But, we never received an RFE. What are our options now?

There is a short deadline to file a motion to reopen or motion to reconsider. Make sure not to miss that deadline, even if other efforts are made to solve the problem. If this case was filed using premium processing, it is possible to reach out to the PP unit. Otherwise, customer service etc. (09.Feb.2015)
