NewsFlash! USCIS Releases FAQs for H-4 EADs

This afternoon, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released filing guidance and answers to a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding the regulation that will allow certain H-4 spouses to apply for employment authorization documents (EADs). Please note that at the time of this writing, the hyperlinks to the answers on the USCIS site are not working, but you can scroll to find the answers further down the page.
