My I-140 was approved after responding to a NOID related to education requirements. Will this education issue come up again when I apply to become a U.S. citizen?

Answer

If the I-140 was approved after the educational issue was raised and argued, the matter should be closed. If you meant to ask about the adjustment of status (i.e. green card), rather than the naturalization process, the validity of the I-140 can be a concern. But, if everything was hashed out, that is likely the end. An attorney could review this to see if there are weak spots remaining. If the question really was about citizenship, then the issue is closed. (01.Jun.2015)
