I am working for client A and my client has moved to different address with 8 miles within same city. Do I need to file an amendment, or do I need to update the client address in my LCA?

LCAs cover a metropolitan statistical area (MSA). If the move is within that area, and there are no other material changes to the job, it is not necessary to amend the petition. If it is in the same MSA, the LCA has to be posted and that proof goes in the public access file. This is the employer’s responsibility. (15.Jun.2015)
