Did you know that a child born abroad to an LPR mother can return to the U.S. with the LPR mom or dad on their 1st trip back within 2 years of birth to be admitted as an LPR? Only a birth certificate & passport are required – a great pro-tip to avoid unneeded documents from the consulate!
