MLF Wins Extension Despite Fraud Finding

Murthy Law Firm won an H1B extension for a client who is a fighting fraud & misrepresentation (Section 6C) charge in Immigration Court. USCIS said the client committed fraud because this is what is said in the NTA. However, an NTA is only accusation. The government must give you a chance to defend against a 6C charge before making such a finding.
