F-1 Students – Policy Update

It’s become a little easier for students to plan their immigration future, with the USCIS’s new F-1 policy on a variety of issues, including employment authorization, reinstatement, and changes / extensions of status. Most importantly, USCIS states that getting a green card case started is not in conflict with F-1 nonimmigrant intent!
