Supreme Court Bars Judicial Review of Revoked Visa Petitions

U.S. Supreme Court rule 9-0 that federal courts cannot review USCIS decision revoking immigrant petitions even if the revocation is erroneous. But you can re-file it, if the eligibility remains in place.
