USCIS Returns to Pre-2023 CSPA Policy–Effective 15.Aug.2025

As of 15.Aug, USCIS to no longer calculate CSPA ages or extraordinary circumstances based on the Filing Dates Chart. The current policy still will allow use of the Filing Dates Chart for any cases received by USCIS no later than 14.Aug.
