The O*NET framework has been revamped: The old 5 “Job Zones” are being replaced by a 4-level structure. Entry-level roles that once fell under Zone 1 or 2 are now grouped into a unified “Job Zone 1-2” to reflect rapidly rising skill and training requirements.
