NewsFlash! Herguan University SEVP Certification in Jeopardy

Herguan University in Sunnyvale, CA is at risk for losing its ability to participate in the F-1 student visa program. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) issued a notice of intent to withdraw Herguan University’s Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) certification on August 2, 2012. The school has 30 days to respond to the notice.

If they wish to remain in the United States, Herguan students must continue to comply with their student status through Herguan, transfer to a different school or make other arrangements. The Murthy Law Firm is available to help Herguan students assess and pursue their immigration options.
