NewsFlash: November 2015 Visa Bulletin

The U.S. Department of State (DOS) Visa Bulletin for November 2015 does not alter the employment-based (EB) dates for filing established in the revised October 2015 Visa Bulletin. Those EB cases eligible for filing in October will also be eligible for filing in November 2015.

Final action cutoff dates advance in employment-based, second and third preference (EB2 and EB3) categories for India. The cutoff date for EB2 India advances by more than a year, to August 1, 2006; EB3’s cutoff date advances by a few weeks to April 1, 2004.
