Am I more likely to get an RFE if I file my H1B using premium processing?

Anecdotally, that certainly appears to be the case. But, we still like to use premium processing for many of the H1B petitions we file. Because it is taking so long for the USCIS to adjudicate cases filed for regular processing, that can make responding to an RFE impossible. For instance, if the project has finished by the time the RFE is issued. Therefore, premium processing – even with the apparent increased rate of RFEs – is often still preferable. (15.Feb.2016)
