NewsFlash! Delays in Issuing eMail Receipts for Premium Processing Cases

The Nebraska Service Center (NSC) advised the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) today that it is taking longer than normal to issue receipt notices via eMail for petitions filed requesting premium processing. The NSC provided AILA with the following statement:

“NSC is receiving record high volumes of I-129 premium processing filings. We are experiencing delays in data entering information into our systems due to the volume. Your case will be receipted for the day it was received, once it has been data entered. We appreciate your patience while we work through this volume of cases.”
