USCIS to Resume H1B Premium Processing for Physicians Under Conrad 30 Waiver Program

On Monday, June 26, 2016, the USCIS will begin accepting H1B requests for premium processing for medical doctors under the Conrad 30 Waiver program and with Interested Government Agency waivers. The USCIS will announce premium processing for other H1B types when workloads allow. Details are available in the USCIS news release.
