The category for persons of extraordinary ability is intended for a small percentage of individuals who have risen to the very top of their respective fields of endeavor. An offer of employment is not required in these cases.
Applicant should demonstrate extraordinary ability in the field of sciences, arts, business or athletics and that their entry would substantially benefit the U.S. prospectively.
Applicant should demonstrate sustained national or international claim and that the achievements have been recognized in his/her field of expertise through extensive documentation.
Applicant should continue to work in the same filed of extraordinary ability.
