NewsFlash! EB2 India Cutoff Date Movement Expected

The U.S. Department of State (DOS) Visa Bulletin for July 2013 includes predictions for future cutoff date movement in the employment-based, second preference (EB2) category for India. According to the DOS, it appears that it will be possible to allow for movement of EB2 India in August and/or September 2013, which marks the end of fiscal year 2013. There was no indication as to the likely amount of forward movement in this category.
